We offer a 100% no questions asked refund policy within fifteen days of purchase. If fifteen days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. No returns or refunds are applicable on samples or trial packs.
Write to us on email@example.com to initiate a refund request and follow instructions therein. You will need to ship the product to be returned to Supplecent Healthcare LLP, N-138, LGF, Panchsheel Park, New Delhi – 110017. Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you about the status of your request. If the request is approved, we will initiate a refund, and the amount will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment, within fifteen business days.
Since these are food products, we will not be able to accept returns for reasons other than packaging or manufacturing faults. For example, refunds will not be applicable in case you don’t like the taste of the product. To be certain of the taste and flavour, and whether the product is suitable for you, we encourage you to first order samples or smaller sizes.
In case, there is any indication of fraud or unethical behaviour or breach of trust or deliberate attempt to cheat/fraud/mislead Supplecent, then refunds will not be applicable, and we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action including civil and criminal measures.
